We will assemble your custom PC, so you don’t have to. Below, you’ll find a guide on the step-by-step process and a list of everything you need to order to get us to assemble your new custom PC. 2. Add all the components you wish to be included in your PC, to your cart

3. Continue through to our checkout and proceed with payment
Items must be in stock or will need to be ordered. Please allow extra time if there are items that we do not have in stock.
4. Once payment has been received, your order will be reviewed and confirmed by one of our Build Professionals
Your order will then be processed for assembly by our Technicians and made ready for collection or dispatched to you in 5-7 business days*
The following items are essential components required for our Technicians to complete the assembly of your PC.

Motherboard
Check your motherboard socket is compatible with your CPU.
Memory/RAM
Check the capacity your motherboard can support. Ensure you have chosen desktop RAM and not laptop/SODIMM RAM
Cooler
Air cooling – Check the CPU height clearance of your case
Water Cooling – Check the radiator support of your case
Storage
SSD – Solid State Drive
HDD – Hard Disk Drive
Graphics Card
Nvidia
AMD
If you do not wish to use a dedicated graphics card, please ensure your CPU has onboard graphics for display output.
Case
Check your case can support the size of your motherboard – mini ITX, mATX, ATX, E-ATX
Power Supply
Check whether your case requires an ATX or SFX sized power supply.
Check the recommended power supply wattage of your graphics card and PCIe connectors.
The following components are not essential but are common inclusions. If you require these components, please add them to your cart to be included in your custom PC build.

Can come preinstalled with or without a license.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What does the “Customise your PC” fee cover?
A. This covers the installation of all your parts, operating system and an install of component drivers. Our Builders will also benchmark and stress test your PC to ensure it is functioning prior to collection /delivery. As part of the Build Fee, we also include a 1-year Labour Guarantee.
Q. What is the Warranty on a Custom PC?
A. We include a 1-year Labour Guarantee with all of our Custom PC Builds. Furthermore, all of the parts will have their individual manufacturer warranties.
Q. What happens if the parts I have chosen are not compatible?
A. If there is any concern with compatibility, one of our Build Professionals will be in touch to arrange a resolution with you directly via email. Take note we do not check for XMP compatibility based on Qualified Vendor Lists. Please note that this may cause some additional delays in your build while it is resolved, however, we will always strive to get you your completed PC as soon as possible!
