Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Each product comes with warranties that are additional to Australian consumer law, generally it is quicker to reach out to the manufacturer directly to organise a possible repair or replacement. Each of our prebuilt computers come standard with a 1 year walk in warranty but can be upgraded to up to 3 years. The warranty does not include shipping of item back to the shop (unless this is purchased as an extra), this will need to be covered by the end user.
